InmoPulse adapts from a small agency managing a few dozen properties to companies with hundreds of active contracts and several agents. Plans scale with you, so you don't pay for what you don't need yet.

No. InmoPulse runs in the cloud: you access it from your browser, on desktop or mobile. The public portal lives on your domain and the management panel on a private subdomain.

Yes. Every account includes a branded public web portal where available properties are published with full listings, photos, a map and a contact form. It's responsive and search-engine optimized.

Of course. You connect your domain (e.g. youragency.com) and the portal is published there. If you don't have a domain yet, we help you register one.

When you load a property in management and mark it as available, it automatically appears on the portal. When the contract closes, it's removed on its own. No double entry.

The whole business cycle: properties (sales and rentals), owners and tenants, contracts, collections, owner payouts, agents and viewings, and the reports to make decisions.

Yes. Besides individual entry with photos and details, you can bulk-import properties and edit in batches. Our team assists with the initial load.

Each contract stores the parties, the property, the amount, adjustments, key dates and documents. InmoPulse automatically generates each period's due dates and alerts you before important deadlines.

Yes. You can set periodic adjustments by percentage or index, and the system recalculates upcoming periods while keeping a history of every adjustment.

InmoPulse builds each contract's payment schedule, records payments, flags what's pending and calculates delinquency. You can see at a glance who's up to date and who isn't, and send reminders.

Yes. You can set automatic notices by email (and WhatsApp depending on the plan) before the due date and when a payment is late, reducing delinquency without chasing each tenant manually.

For each period, InmoPulse calculates what was collected, deducts commissions and expenses, and builds the owner's payout statement with a full breakdown. Owners can view it from their portal, fully transparent.

Yes. There are reports on income, commissions, delinquency and portfolio, filterable by period. They're useful both for daily operations and for understanding how the business evolves.

Yes. You register leads, inquiries and viewings, and follow up by stages through to closing. Each agent sees their opportunities and management sees the full picture.
